As the leader for our North America Wet Weather sector, Lin drives the growth of our wet weather business. By focusing on key growth markets, developing and attracting top people, and building strong synergies across business lines and geographic regions, Lin leads a team of diverse talent and partners with forward-thinking communities to deliver integrated and comprehensive solutions.
Lin has devoted most of his nearly 25-year career to helping clients manage complex and dynamic wet weather issues in urban watersheds, collection systems, treatment works, and in the receiving water bodies. Several of his projects have received national and regional engineering excellence awards for the visionary planning, innovative design, and community benefits in addressing the uncertainties and risks associated with wet weather.
Outside of work, Lin enjoys traveling and hiking in mountains with his family, chasing the light through natural wonders across the world with his camera.
