Johnathan (John) Limb

Every day, John gets to come into work and think about airports. As he puts it, “every part of an airport interests me—from the runway to the terminal and passenger experience.” His passion is contributing to aviation projects that connect communities.

John leads airport planning, design, and construction management projects for Stantec in Texas. Before moving to Texas, he served as the manager and lead civil engineer of our aviation group for Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. John is a licensed civil engineer in Texas and Alaska with 23 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction, materials testing, and construction administration. He gained most of his experience in solving complex aviation matters for 19 years with Stantec. John is passionate about expanding our aviation practice in Texas, where there’s a diverse use of aviation for travel, commerce, military, and space.

When he’s not at work, John may be spending time with his family, mountain biking, volunteering, hiking, or plane spotting.
