Over his more than two decades with us, Cliff has contributed to many of Taiwan’s major wastewater, water resources, and environmental projects. His expertise spans municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, water reuse, desalination, bioenergy, and public-private partnership developments.
As the deputy chief engineer in our Taiwan Chief Engineer Office, Cliff provides technical leadership and trusted advice on complex water and environmental infrastructure projects. He helps clients and project teams evaluate technical solutions, manage risk, and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.
