Luke is an experienced resettlement project manager and leader of social practice in Asia. He focuses on environmental, social impact, and social due diligence assessments as well as stakeholder engagement and public consultation. He also has his PhD in business management.
Prior to his current role as country manager, Luke had led more than 100 projects throughout China, Southeast Asia, and Western Africa. He’s worked in client organizations and coordinated massive environmental and social management programs. His clients have included the World Bank, IFC, Apple, and government agencies.
A social and gender specialist, Luke maintains his interest in consulting services, providing support to clients on social and resettlement risk management across the globe. His priority is to maintain a capable and stable workforce, and his business is people.
When he isn’t working, you’ll probably find Luke catching a movie, playing badminton, or having afternoon tea with family and friends.
