As our technical leader for engineering and geology for Australia, Vladimir is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery excellence in the geotechnical engineering and engineering geology sector. Using innovation, best practice, knowledge transfer and integration across the business, he works with other sector leaders to define strategy and develop our reputation and skills. He's proud of training his team and developing technical tools that improve the quality of our work.
Although Vladimir has worked on a wide variety of projects across many geographies, he has recently been growing his expertise in slope stability and water dam improvement on projects in Queensland. He gets great satisfaction engaging with a diverse range of people and applying engineering solutions that help minimise and control risk through commitment to quality, safety, and the proactive use of latest technology.
Outside of work Vladimir enjoys hiking, relaxing with a good book, and hanging out at the beach.
