With more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project delivery, Fernando guides clients through complex infrastructure and public-private partnership projects using strategic leadership, strong governance, and effective risk management. He currently serves as the director of our Building Architecture group in Taiwan, leading business development and multidisciplinary collaboration across the building and infrastructure sectors.
Over his career, Fernando has worked with contractors, design-build organizations, build-operate-transfer (BOT) concessionaires, and engineering consultants, providing a broad understanding of project delivery from planning and design through construction and operations. He has contributed to major infrastructure programs across Taiwan, including industrial parks, airport infrastructure, public buildings, housing developments, wastewater treatment facilities, and municipal sewerage systems.
