With over 20 years of experience, Marco holds a business leadership role and has headed specialty traffic engineering services on a wide range of significant commercial and infrastructure projects. A natural problem solver and lateral thinker, Marco provides efficient engineering and design solutions across all stages of projects, proactively collaborating and directly influencing successful outcomes through planning and delivery.
This ability and focused dedication can be seen in his involvement with an array of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects including North East Link PPP (public/private/partnership). It’s also exemplified through his role on various major expansions of Melbourne’s largest shopping centers and his comprehensive traffic management review for Sydney Markets, one of the largest commercial food distribution centers in the southern hemisphere.
Marco’s vision for staff includes a professional, collaborative, and positive culture where they are encouraged and empowered to grow while supported with approachable leadership.
Outside of work, Marco’s focus is on his wife and three teenage children. He enjoys family caravan holidays in Warburton and visiting art galleries with his wife, who is an accomplished oil painter. A holiday to Italy is on the agenda, with must-see works by Caravaggio at the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel.
