Matthew comes to us having held leaderships positions within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) both domestically and abroad. He specializes in programs related to geotechnical, ecosystem restoration, remediation, and vertical design and construction. Bringing his seasoned experience to his role as a senior consultant, he designs, manages, and oversees complex projects, contracts, and programs.
As a professional engineer, Matthew has over two decades of federal contract management with the USACE and is a certified project manager and former Level II Warranted Contracting Officer. He served as the source selection authority on several of the New York District’s USACE largest acquisitions. Some of his projects included mega projects, where he managed all aspects of the project—from design coordination, funding, material approval, and all construction processes, to recommending improvements to construction activities.
When he’s not leading complex projects, Matthew enjoys coaching soccer, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
