A professional engineer, Eli has experience in all phases of the design and construction for a variety of unique and complex marine, flood protection, navigation structures, dams, and fish passage facilities. He is also well-versed in the delivery of complex, large-scale, accelerated schedule design-build projects.
Eli excels at project management, especially the execution and delivery of technical aspects of projects, as well as at building relationships and influencing teams to solve complex problems. He’s also served as on-site representative for several large-scale construction projects, providing him with unique insights into developing designs that are practical, cost-effective, and constructible. Some of his most memorable projects include three years in Panama in support of the Panama Canal Expansion and two years in New Orleans in support of the IHNC Lake Borgne Surge Barrier.
Away from the office, Eli enjoys working on various home projects and traveling.
