A project engineer, Jeremy performs analysis and design for electrical transmission lines and structural analysis and design for telecommunication structures. In his five years in the power delivery industry, he’s focused primarily on electrical transmission design. He’s also focused on line clearance studies and developing construction specifications for line construction.
Over the last couple of years, Jeremy and his team have been working extensively with Florida Power & Light to design a more reliable, robust system for power continuity during major tropical storm and hurricane events. Through a hardened electrical transmission system—replacing existing wood poles with spun concrete poles—the communities served by Florida Power & Light will reduce outages and provide shorter restoration times.
When he isn’t shoring up his region’s power infrastructure, Jeremy prefers to spend his time outdoors—maintaining an active lifestyle. Which usually involves golf.
