Charles has worked in the transport space for 38 years and enjoys working with computer aided design (CAD). As a CAD team manager and design technologies CAD resource manager, he likes working with people and being a team lead where he’s the point of contact for Pune Resourcing or anyone needing CAD support or resources.
Working with teams across New Zealand and Australia, he helps his colleagues provide sensible designs by working with clients and their contractors to improve vehicle access and parking. Some career highlights include concept design in the initial stages of local roading improvements, car park, vehicle servicing design, and vehicle ramp solutions for the Auckland Casino and Westfield Malls. He’s also worked on housing development projects, Costco West-Auckland, and bus terminal projects.
When he’s not at work, Charles enjoys supporting New Zealand sports teams—he used to spend a lot of time coaching junior basketball. He enjoys loud music and fixing things like cars, appliances, and buildings, and is really looking forward to traveling overseas again.
