With 24 years of experience in the transport sector working in a mix of public and private sector roles, Ralston provides sound practical advice to clients on transport and design-led infrastructure projects. He takes a pragmatic view in respect to project delivery and is motivated by outputs and achieving targets through high levels of service provision.
As a project director and specialist advisor, Ralston offers advice based on experience and can work across disciplines due to the number of multi-disciplined projects that we deliver. Development management (particularly residential), traffic engineering, and active travel are particular areas of focus for him as well as parking, road safety, and project management. He has delivered strategic reviews for clients and appraisal-led work and has recently been delivering project management to the further education sector for a streetscape and landscaping project in a busy city-centre location.
Outside work, Ralston enjoys golf, cycling, watching football, and socialising with friends and family.
