For Corey there is no aspect of geotechnical engineering that doesn’t interest him. He enjoys being involved from the beginning, where he can see projects go from concept to construction, all while providing geotechnical recommendations and considerations to our clients that set up their projects for success.
A geotechnical engineer and team lead based out of our Charlottetown, PEI office, Corey is responsible for project management for a variety of geotechnical projects, writing technical reports, and providing support and guidance to our technicians on materials testing projects. With a range of experience on a variety of projects such as shallow to deep foundation design, pavement designs for road/airports, geotechnical drilling/instrumentation, septic lot classification, quality control/testing on soils, concrete, and asphalt, he values every opportunity to experience new applications of his skills.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending his time with his family and friends. He loves to stay active and get outdoors. You will often find him on a golf course in the summer, or in winter playing hockey or snowboarding.
