For more than a decade, Caitlin has worked on a wide variety of land development and redevelopment projects within Calgary and beyond. While she and her team focus on site servicing, this area of land development often requires additional engineering input such as erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, sanitary servicing studies, and detailed coordination with building engineers and architects.
As a project engineer and civil designer, Caitlin’s common tasks include site investigations, land development planning, site servicing, technical reporting, conceptual and detailed design, cost estimating, specification preparation, tendering, and construction administration. From conception to completion, she prides herself on diligence and effective communication, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Caitlin is captain of a successful pub trivia team, knits and sews, and enjoys Calgary’s public pathways, restaurants, and entertainments with friends and family.
