Sheldon has helped move people and goods as transportation lead engineer or project manager for over 12 years. Sheldon’s passion is improving roadways and reducing congestion so that commuters have a more reliable, more sustainable route to travel. He has extensive experience performing investment grade traffic and revenue studies, traffic simulation modeling, and traffic impact studies focusing on vehicle and pedestrian movements.
Among his studies across the country (including Southern California, the DC metro area, North Carolina, Chicago, and New York), it was the Sagtikos State Parkway improvement project that best exemplified Sheldon’s expertise. Sheldon’s study analyzed current conditions and deficiencies and developed multimodal transportation improvement alternatives.
Over the last few years, Sheldon’s home life has evolved. A parent of two young children, he’s taking fewer hikes and playing less basketball, but he’s spending his time helping his little ones grow and learn about the world.
