Viktoriya is a structural engineer who works on large-scale transit and infrastructure projects across the New York metropolitan area. As the department manager for our Structural team, she is passionate about fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture where people feel empowered and proud of the work they deliver.
Over her nearly 10 years in the industry, Viktoriya has supported major public agencies, contributing to both technical design and project management. One such effort includes the rehabilitation of Grand Central Terminal and Park Avenue Tunnel. She enjoys the challenges that come with rehabilitation projects and diving into the details to deliver engineered solutions that meet client needs while also enhancing public safety and benefitting the surrounding community.
When Viktoriya isn’t busy engineering solutions for transit projects, you’ll find her engineering desserts in the kitchen. She grew up baking with her grandmother, who coincidentally also inspired her love of mathematics and structural engineering.
