Richard is an experienced senior project manager and civil engineer responsible for the project and design management of numerous multidisciplinary urban development and infrastructure projects in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. He has nearly 20 years of experience on a broad range of projects, including brownfield and greenfield residential, mixed-use, and industrial land development, with his expertise extending from master planning and concept design through to detailed design and construction.
Richard focuses on infrastructure delivery for new developments, including the management of multidisciplinary consultant teams, negotiation with approval authorities, infrastructure master planning, tendering and construction management. A highlight of his career was working on joint venture tender design for Snowy Hydro 2.0.
Outside of work, Richard loves to spend time with his young family and friends, exploring in and around Sydney, sailing, and traveling.
