Brendan has led several UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) projects on topics including smart metering, trunk main leakage and failure prediction, regulatory performance indicators, and future challenges. He currently leads the development of our emerging resilience practice in the UK.
When not working, Brendan likes to be outdoors and active. He’s a runner, having completed several marathons, and he finds the physical challenge the perfect antidote to the stresses of working life. He loves to spend time out amongst nature, including family walks with the dog, through local woodland—a resource he’s keen to protect and expand both locally and nationally as a member of the Woodland Trust.
