Chad leads our construction management group in Texas and has spent the last 30-plus years building and managing construction projects. He has completed over 50 domestic and international projects totaling over $15 billion USD. With varied projects ranging from airports, dams, drainage channels and a baseball stadium to toll roads, bridges and LNG facilities, Chad has applied his managerial and leadership skills in the application and successful completion of diverse projects at vastly different sites.
Chad has split his career between managing jobs as a contractor, construction manager at risk and as an owner’s representative. His diverse background helps him to foresee issues during construction/ design/procurement processes and implement lessons learned from many types of projects. This has often resulted in significant cost savings for owners and clients.
When Chad isn’t making projects into realities, you might find him with a camera in hand. He is a published photographer, and his photos have been used to win architectural and engineering awards.
