With a background in civil engineering, Glenn supports clients through all project phases, from early planning and technical definition to procurement strategy and delivery oversight. He is committed to clear communication, collaborative delivery, and advancement of resilient infrastructure to support long-term community goals and strategic economic opportunities.
In his role as a project manager and port planner with our Ports and Marine Terminals group in Vancouver, Glenn is currently working on a couple key projects in Western Canada. He’s an integral leader of the owner’s engineer team for the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority’s Roberts Bank Terminal 2 program, providing multidisciplinary coordination, technical integration, and project controls for one of Canada’s most significant port expansions. He is also supporting the Grays Bay Road and Port project in Nunavut, focusing on engineering management and procurement delivery for this critical Arctic transportation infrastructure.
