Jim provides project administration and design services for both airside and landside airport improvement projects. His responsibilities include primary client contact, funding and regulatory agency reviews, permitting, bidding services, and construction administration. Jim believes that staying in frequent contact with his clients and providing them with honest and accurate advice is the best recipe for ensuring a successful project.
Jim’s recent work includes the extension of Runway 8-26 and safety areas at Pittsfield Municipal Airport, the Runway 11 Category III approach feasibility study for Worcester Regional Airport, and apron expansion and security enhancement projects at Westover Metropolitan Airport.
