Liam McLoughlin
Senior Engineer
As a chemical engineer, Liam has extensive experience in environmental research and industrial projects. Drawing on a nearly three-decade career, he enjoys working in a team environment and motivating teams to achieve results for sustainable water and wastewater solutions.
Liam has led innovative work at the QUESTOR Centre (Queen’s University Belfast), where his research focused on advanced potable water treatment technologies that include dissolved air flotation. He’s also delivered energy center designs for major data centers in Dublin and managed nanofiltration water recovery projects for Intel. Liam is a certified Siemens Production System (SPS) Lean Manufacturing expert and has published award-winning research.
When he isn’t working on sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure, Liam enjoys music, reading, painting, swimming, and outdoor activities such as walking and cycling. He also enjoys traveling.
