With more than 18 years of experience, Karen has worked on a vast range of transportation engineering, road safety, and design related projects. She is currently focused on providing transportation engineering advice on various developments from initial master planning through to detailed design.
Karen has experience with transportation impacts assessments for various state-significant and local planning applications. Her projects benefit from a logical and pragmatic approach with her background in intersection capacity analysis, strategy studies, road safety audits, local area traffic management, and the design of various traffic and intersection treatments. Karen is also an accredited Level 3 (Lead) Road Safety Auditor on the Transport for New South Wales (NSW) register. In addition to transportation engineering, she also manages the corporate services portfolio for our Sydney office with a keen focus on recruitment and pastoral care of staff.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys playing netball, going to the beach, and camping with her family.
