Passionate about creating connections for cyclists and pedestrians, Alisha works to provide people with alternative modes of transportation. She enjoys creating links through vibrant and attractive spaces, making our cities feel more urban while prioritizing the pedestrian experience.
Collaborating with our clients and stakeholders, Alisha creates innovative solutions by understanding the concerns and values of all parties involved. Like her efforts on Calgary’s first low floor LRT project—the Green Line. She worked to identify gaps for all transit users—both pedestrians and cyclists—between communities and proposed LRT stations. Now, new sidewalks, multi-use pathways, and bike lanes connect residents and provide safe, efficient access to the new LRT line.
Alisha’s passionate about seeking out what the world has to offer. Whether hiking the Rockies, traversing Vancouver’s Seawall, or taking-in new countries and cultures, exploring different parts of the planet inspires Alisha. It’s also played a big role in guiding how she wants to shape the future of our cities.
