Simon is a mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of experience delivering building projects across the institutional, commercial, and community sectors. Passionate about creating practical, efficient, and sustainable environments, he contributes at every stage of a project—from early planning and design through construction and commissioning. Whether serving as project manager, discipline lead, or designer, he brings a comprehensive understanding of mechanical building systems and a commitment to finding solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Over his career, Simon has helped bring a variety of impactful projects to life. These include the expansion and renovation of the Val-d’Or Native Friendship Centre and the construction of community centers in Waskaganish and Waswanipi, Quebec. He is particularly proud of his ongoing work with Indigenous and northern communities, where collaboration and adaptability are essential. Known for his thoughtful approach, technical versatility, and strong focus on energy performance, Simon enjoys tackling complex challenges and turning ideas into lasting results.
Outside the office, Simon values spending time with his family and staying active through two of his favorite pastimes: hockey and golf.
