Patrick has experience in electric routing and siting project development, feasibility analysis, data collection, constraints analysis, stakeholder engagement, permitting, and agency coordination. He collaborates with diverse teams of scientists, engineers, and regulatory specialists to deliver innovative solutions.
A project manager and routing and siting technical lead, Patrick works closely with clients to help them understand the technical aspects of their projects, regulatory requirements, and project constraints that influence the siting and permitting processes. As an experienced geographic information systems (GIS) analyst, he employs geospatial technologies to support digital data collection, desktop assessments, spatial analysis, field navigation, and map production.
During his time in the industry, Patrick has routed over 500 miles (805 kilometres) of transmission lines, ranging in voltage between 69 and 500 kilovolts in rural and urban environments across the United States. He has stepped up to help lead our national Routing and Siting team, and continues to build his project experience, working on more than 40 transmission routing and substation siting projects in 13 states.
Away from work, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors for hiking, biking, and tending to his garden. As a lover of music, he likes to attend concerts and plays the cello in a local community orchestra.
