As a member of our team in Sacramento, California, Jill has more than 22 years of experience as a project manager, contract manager, and project engineer. Throughout her career, Jill has worked on a variety of hydropower, water resources, and site development projects, including Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing, relicensing and license implementation, construction and program management, facilitation, project presentations, and streamlined environmental and engineering permitting.
A registered professional engineer, Jill has also lent her expertise to a number of energy projects including North American Electric Reliability Corporation and Western Electricity Coordinating Council compliance monitoring, vegetation management inspections and Geographic Information System applications. Currently, she leads efforts on FERC relicensing on the southern portion of the State Water Project for the California Department of Water Resources and license implementation for the Oroville facilities.
Jill is an avid volunteer in her community, serving her local elementary school as a PTC Treasurer for two years before undertaking six years as PTC Events Coordinator.
