Jennifer is an experienced operations leader who understands the importance of meaningful engagement, clear communication, and strong relationships. With more than 20 years of experience supporting business growth, Indigenous partnerships, and key party relations across Canada, she’s worked closely with Indigenous communities, government, industry, and business partners to build trust, facilitate dialogue, and advance successful projects.
As the director of operations for Stantec’s formal Indigenous partnerships, Jennifer supports the operational effectiveness, growth, and long-term sustainability of our partnership entities. She has managed complex development initiatives across various sectors, bringing a balanced understanding of project priorities, community interests, and operational requirements.
Known for her collaborative and thoughtful approach, Jennifer values diverse perspectives and helps partners identify practical pathways forward. She believes meaningful engagement creates opportunities for innovation, entrepreneurship, employment, and long-term community and business growth.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, participating in watersports, and relaxing at the cottage with family and friends.
