Robert’s extensive electrical and civil engineering design experience includes the preparation of contract documents for highway, local roadway, intersection improvement, site development, lighting, and electrical design projects. He’s served as a resident engineer, has construction inspection experience, and has also performed many final inspections for a variety of projects.
Robert is familiar with the NEC and other NFPA codes, the NYSDOT, NJDOT, City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation, and NYCDOT standard drawings, specifications, codes rules and regulations, pay items, roadway design manuals, AASHTO design manuals, and the IES Lighting Handbook. Additionally, he has experience working for a number of private developers, state, local, and governmental agencies.
Most rewarding for Robert are the jobs where he can work on all aspects of the project as well as with construction work, where he can see the design come to life and recognize issues to be improved on during the next project.
