Erik is recognized nationally and internationally as a particle therapy and lab planning expert. He’s a frequent presenter at trade conferences, including for vivarium design, and has been a member of review committees for containment facilities and lab design awards programs. Erik has focused for more than 25 years on planning and designing proton and particle therapy facilities, where he leads project teams in strategic and medical planning, space programming, design, documentation, and construction administration. His projects include institutional, academic, and corporate radiotherapy and cancer center facilities, ranging from large multi-room particle therapy centers to single-room projects.
