As part of our Water group, Steven dedicates his time to securing and delivering major capital programs and projects that enhance the quality of life and health of communities. He strives to understand client objectives and work with his teams to deliver efficient and technically sound outcomes. He finds his work most rewarding when he sees designs become a reality, positively impacting their communities.
Supported by his technical background in civil engineering, Steven’s strong, effective decision making has built lasting client relationships. He developed our Asia Pacific Project Technical Leadership training program to foster professional growth in technical delivery management and decision-making skills. They can then apply to these skills to helping their clients achieve objectives and desired project outcomes.
Even outside of work, Steven can’t stay away from water—an active triathlete, he favors the ocean swimming leg of the race and regularly spends time training at Noosa Heads.
