Rebecca sees information management as one of the key pillars for success, along with people. When accurate data flows down the proper channels, getting there on time—or even early—it sets businesses up for greatness. Without it, you’re left with a lot of head scratching, looking under rocks, and unnecessary delays.
From this, Rebecca has built her career around project information, governance, and digital transformation. Starting out as a project information officer, she quickly progressed into leadership roles with the opportunity to lead and coach teams, embed governance frameworks, and drive the rollout of digital platforms.
As a member of our Advisory Services team, Rebecca provides information management expertise, primarily supporting internal and external parties by bringing digital processes together with real project behaviors and cross-functional engagement. She aids in the implementation of common data environments (CDEs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as assessing BIM maturity,
Outside the information management world, Rebecca’s main interest is the wilderness. Whether it’s wild swimming, camping, or just exploring, you’ll find her outdoors.
