Working with our teams in Butler, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Cleveland, Ohio, Rebecca is a lighting designer. She coordinates with architects, interior designers, and other electrical team members during all phases of projects to bring them to completion.
In her position, Rebecca is responsible for selecting lighting fixtures and equipment appropriate for the design goals of the project. These goals include enhancing the architecture, creating a positive experience for end-users, satisfying energy/sustainability requirements and/or working with budget constraints. She is also responsible for confirming technical aspects of the lighting design with calculations, documenting the lighting designs, and reviewing submittal drawings to ensure conformity to construction documents. Rebecca has experience on a wide variety of project types, including education, industrial, civic, museums, retail, healthcare, and restoration.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Rebecca spending time with her two kids, knitting and making pottery, or relaxing with a good book. She also loves to travel—Italy, Greece and Spain are big items on her bucket list.
