Jim brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation, rail/transit, and water resources markets. He enjoys strategy development and execution to deliver infrastructure enhancements for our community and thrives on leading teams towards common goals.
Delivering projects from concept to completion for linear and vertical construction, Jim is a licensed Professional Engineer and a respected technical, operations, and sales executive. He has led progressively challenging transportation design and design-build projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with proactive leadership representing both the owner and contractor on alternative delivery and P3 projects. Jim has been instrumental in helping his clients procure two mega design-build tunnel projects in Virginia.
When not working, Jim likes to spend time with his family in Virginia Beach.
