In a career spanning more than 20 years, Gareth has sustained a passion for delivering road infrastructure that supports safer, more efficient travel for communities. He values the lasting benefits these projects create, from improving connectivity and supporting economic growth to helping people spend less time travelling and more time on what matters most.
As a leader within our Victorian Roads and Highways team, Gareth manages engineers, designers, modelers, and drafters while overseeing resourcing, utilization, project forecasting, client engagement, proposals, and project delivery. He specializes in complex, multidisciplinary urban road projects, balancing competing requirements and the needs of invested parties. He also works with our digital engineering team to advance dynamic, whole-of-project 3D models that support better decisions from early design through to project delivery and beyond.
When he isn’t leading roadway projects, Gareth enjoys playing guitar, cycling, and visiting his favorite bakery in Camberwell for a sausage roll.
