She has over 20 years of experience in areas like utility management, regulatory compliance, and operational management. She has been recognized by publications and organizations for her leadership acumen and experience in organizational operations, community advocacy, and watershed management. She also spent two terms as a councilmember in Union City, Georgia.
As a principal with our Public Policy and Programs group, Shayla develops strategic solutions to meet our clients’ evolving water and wastewater management needs. She brings a background in political strategy, deep understanding of infrastructure management and engineering delivery, and passion for community to all her projects.
When she isn’t out in the field or at the office, you can find Shayla traveling, making memories with loved ones, and enjoying Atlanta’s vibrant arts, culture, and entertainment scene.
