Growing up in western Colorado, Erin saw how reliable water systems support the economy and quality of life. Inspired to preserve and enhance this important resource, she pursued engineering to improve environmental and community outcomes through better water quality.
Now a wastewater treatment engineer, Erin supports industrial and municipal clients on master planning, conceptual design, and infrastructure projects. Her work includes data analysis, design development, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and identifying value-driven project solutions. She is especially passionate about biological treatment systems and their role in nutrient removal and resource recovery.
Erin approaches every project with curiosity and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs. Her experience across consulting, municipal and federal government, and the private sector gives her a broad perspective on implementing programs and capital projects.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys trail running, rock climbing, paddle boarding, camping, mountain biking, photography, travel, volunteering, and spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her husky.
