Don started building at an early age—at 14 with his father, designing and constructing three cabins on a lake in North Arkansas. It was a great hobby that they shared, learning and working together. Now, Don has over three decades of professional experience in design, project management, and construction in multiple architecture sectors including healthcare and higher education.
He’s managed multiple healthcare projects, varying in size and complexity, and he’s built a reputation for meeting client and team goals on multimillion-dollar developments. Don’s attention to detail, quality control, and focus on communication has helped him bring innovative ideas and efficient solutions to project discussions.
If he could highlight one contribution that he’s always proud to bring to a project—it’s his focus on project and process quality. If he isn’t at work, Don might be woodworking. In fact, he’s designing a mountain retreat.
