Akshay helps clients navigate environmental review processes and turn complex air quality and climate data into practical solutions. He leads planning, permitting, and compliance efforts for port, roadway, logistics, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Working closely with clients, agencies, other key parties, and multidisciplinary teams, he delivers clear, practical technical analyses that support informed decision-making.
For every project, Akshay begins with a simple principle: rigorous analysis should help clients move forward with confidence. Prior to joining us, he developed a global air emissions inventory for DP World and a greenhouse gas inventory for the Port of Houston. He also provided environmental review support for the Port of Los Angeles Berths 121–131 Terminal Expansion and China Shipping projects.
Outside of work, Akshay enjoys traveling, cooking, and sharing meals with friends and family. He also values spending time at the beach whenever he can.
