Photo of Thera

Thera is a project management professional (PMP), certified floodplain manager (CFM), and civil engineer with over 22 years of engineering practice expertise focused on water resources projects including streambank stabilization, urban stormwater drainage, watershed master planning, and flood control planning and design. She serves as one of our primary project managers for municipal assignments performed throughout the Great Lakes Region.

Located in our Chicago office, Thera has worked on some of the most exciting projects across the region. These include being project manager for the Albany Park Stormwater Diversion Tunnel project in Chicago (helping prevent the significant flooding this neighborhood had experienced for years) as well as assisting the Village of Glenview, Illinois, with the development of a comprehensive flood risk reduction program.

With extensive experience in managing multi-discipline and sub-consultant teams concurrently in multiple remote locations, Thera understands the complexity of coordinating schedules and work plans to keep projects both on budget and schedule.
