A communications professional, Michael has more than a decade of experience working with behavior change communications, public and cultural diplomacy, and social, digital, and print media. He holds a Master of Science in Humanitarianism, Conflict and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Producing for Film, which gives him a strong background in international development combined with a practical, creative approach.
Most recently, Michael has focused on public diplomacy and visibility initiatives for development cooperation programs, collaborating with major donors including the European Union, KfW, and GIZ. In his role with us as a business development manager in communications, he develops communication and social media strategies and oversees the delivery of high-visibility activities. He also supports the design and implementation of strategic communications within EU projects.
When he isn’t working on communications efforts, Michael is usually trying to stay on top of a film schedule that never seems to slow down.
