Stephen became an engineer because he wanted to find ways to build a better world—he originally started with a transportation focus, but his career took him to the water and wastewater field. Stephen believes providing clean drinking water and protecting human health and the environment through treatment of wastewater provides the foundation for communities to thrive.
Stephen’s focus on people and awareness of his community show through his work. His passion is seen by each client he interfaces with though his attentiveness, ability to deliver turnkey solutions, adaptability, and willingness to go above and beyond. For Stephen, the most rewarding part about his work is seeing innovative ideas come to fruition to address our clients’ needs. His project experience ranges from small conveyance upgrades to large scale municipal treatment facility upgrades and everything in between.
In his free time, Stephen can be found traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest, golfing, and spending time with family.
