Chuck has over 36 years of experience in engineering planning, design, and construction observation for land development projects, including site development, drainage analysis and design, as well as ensuring drawings conform to federal, state and local codes. His project experience also includes structural analysis and design of buildings and structures.
Chuck has served as project manager, coordinating projects from initial conception through field construction, for several hundred projects. This work includes obtaining final plan approval of the local municipal, county, state and federal governments
