Over the course of his career, Ulises has gained invaluable engineering, design, project management, program management, and business development experience. He’s built a reputation among clients and colleagues alike for his expertise in power delivery, gas, regulatory protocols, strategy, electric reliability, and fire risk and resiliency across the State of California.
An experienced leader, Ulises has managed his share of challenging assignments. He draws on valuable perspective gained during his time at a major investor-owned utility to bridge the client-consultant gap and keep projects running smoothly. Currently, Ulises is managing a number of power line undergrounding projects across California that will enhance grid reliability and resiliency while mitigating fire risk. He finds it rewarding to apply his knowledge to work that is essential to the communities across his state.
Outside of work, Ulises spends his time enjoying Southern California’s great outdoors and supporting his children’s athletic pursuits.
