Martin has gained over 30 years of experience in the delivery of a wide range of projects. Besides his engineering qualification, he also holds a diploma in business management and a higher certificate in project management.
He’s managed large project portfolios across multiple sectors, primarily within the buildings environment. During his role as regional project manager on a national correctional services repair and maintenance program, Martin applied the principles of project management across multidisciplinary teams. Early in his career, Martin learned that to achieve success, process and people are equally important. These days? His goal is to lead project delivery teams to achieve excellence for our clients and for our business.
Martin has a passion for endurance events, having completed a number of ultra-marathons in younger years. Though he’s more content with a short, slow run nowadays, he does enjoy hiking, bush walking, and exploring the great outdoors. He and his wife, Frances, enjoy road trips and discovering new places, people, and cultures.
