Joining Perth’s fire engineering team, James’ career in building services to date has included mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic experience. He’s worked across the commercial, aged care, entertainment, hospitality, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
Dedicated and goal-focused, James is attentive to clients and valued for his proactive approach. He works within the building information modelling (BIM) environment to produce high-level project configuration and intelligent design, where his broad knowledge of detailed services co-ordination is invaluable. Putting his knowledge of the standards and guidelines into practice at the concept stages, James seeks to minimise costs to ensure the commercial viability of the project, while also considering the use and structure of the building and its end users.
When he’s not working, you’ll find James supporting Liverpool, his favorite football team, watching Formula 1, and catching up with friends and family.
