A practical, field-tested approach to environmental consulting and project management has shaped Oliver’s career. His experience spans from wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species assessments, and aquatic surveys to permitting under Clean Water Act Section 404 and Rivers and Harbors Act Section 10.
Oliver has led environmental efforts for major pipeline and renewable energy projects across the Southern and Central US, supporting clients like Energy Transfer, Atmos Energy, and Enel Green Power. He strives to translate complex field data into clear, actionable strategies, helping clients navigate regulatory landscapes and reduce environmental impacts.
That same clarity and curiosity carry over into his life outside of work, where Oliver works with Ducks Unlimited and teaches kids environmental sciences.
