Paul joined our civil engineering team in 2013 as a graduate, gaining experience across residential, commercial, and light industrial land development projects in Western Australia. He constantly demonstrates his ability and enthusiasm which has earned him the title of project engineer.
Paul’s expertise encompasses all project phases including due diligence advice, feasibility studies and servicing reports, design, authority approvals, superintendence, project management, and contract administration. A project of note for Paul is the Bushmead development which received the 2018 UDIA EnviroDevelopment Chairman’s Choice and 2019 UDIA Residential Excellence awards. This 75 hectare development with over 900 residential lots is surrounded by 200 hectares of protected, environmentally sensitive bushland and requires numerous offsite service and transport network upgrades.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys playing a variety of sports and taking trips with family and friends—including his Labrador, Leo—down to Yallingup, across to Rottnest island, or overseas.
