Adam always prioritizes working with his clients as opposed to being prescriptive. He enjoys walking people through their options and helping them make informed decisions that work well within the project’s design constraints. Successful consulting involves more listening than talking.
With a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in acoustics, Adam has spent time honing his listening skills. He has published research about noise control engineering, speech intelligibility, and distortion analysis. Staying informed about the latest trends in acoustics drives Adam and his work and allows him to present more versatile solutions on his projects.
In addition to exploring the frontiers of acoustical research, Adam also enjoys exploring the great outdoors. From the Puget Sound area he calls home to the rugged landscapes of Australia he frequently visits, Adam is inspired by nature and discovery.
