With a passion for emissions reduction, Caitlyn became an electrical engineer to help progress sustainability efforts in the oil and gas industry. Now, working with our Low Carbon Solutions team as a decarbonization specialist, she helps energy clients build and advance decarbonization strategies and roadmaps. She evaluates solutions like electrification, geothermal energy, renewables, waste-heat capture, carbon capture, and hydrogen and tailors designs to each unique project.
Dedicated to helping others, Caitlyn strengthens her leadership skills as the Canada lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG). She’s passionate about helping her peers succeed in their careers, however they define success.
Outside of working on sustainable solutions, Caitlyn can be found at the local rock-climbing center with her husband, leading Dungeons and Dragons campaigns with friends, reading, walking the dog, or playing with her three ferrets.
